　　1.根據(jù)客戶公司行業(yè)特質(zhì)，員工工作性質(zhì)，員工現(xiàn)有水平確立培訓(xùn)預(yù)計目標(biāo)，量身定制針對性課程。
　　2.根據(jù)客戶的培訓(xùn)需求，修改并確定課程內(nèi)容和學(xué)習(xí)方案，并根據(jù)客戶 的具體情況增加相關(guān)材料，安排相關(guān)教師等。
　　3.培訓(xùn)過程中了解員工學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)，根據(jù)員工的反饋意見作相應(yīng)的調(diào)整，不斷完善教。

二、企業(yè)團(tuán)訓(xùn)流程
　　1.企業(yè)客戶咨詢：了解企業(yè)背景，企業(yè)培訓(xùn)的需求和目的等。
　　2.學(xué)員水平測試：由專業(yè)老師進(jìn)行筆試和口試兩項（約四十分鐘）。
　　3.教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教材的選定：教學(xué)內(nèi)容將根據(jù)企業(yè)培訓(xùn)需求，教材根據(jù)學(xué)員測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行編排。
　　4.專職教師配置：綜合以上因素配置最合適的授課教師。
　　5.報價以及客戶確定。

三、企業(yè)團(tuán)訓(xùn)特色
　　定制課程：根據(jù)企業(yè)的需求量身定制的課程，組織員工集體的培訓(xùn)，以實用性強(qiáng)，周期短為特色，專業(yè)中外教相結(jié)合授課，師生互動，案例分析，分組討論，個性發(fā)言等。 
　　普通課程：以中心現(xiàn)有的經(jīng)典課程為主，學(xué)員來中心學(xué)習(xí)，適用于作為個別員工培訓(xùn)的需要。

四、企業(yè)團(tuán)訓(xùn)模式
　　派遣老師：學(xué)校可按照企業(yè)要求，由我方選派優(yōu)秀的中外藉教師上門，企業(yè)員工授課，時間根據(jù)企業(yè)的需求安排調(diào)整。
　　來校培訓(xùn)：企業(yè)可組織員工獨(dú)立成班來校參加學(xué)習(xí)，每班人數(shù)、時間、課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、師資安排等參照現(xiàn)有學(xué)校課程情況而定。
異地培訓(xùn)：學(xué)校根據(jù)企業(yè)要求提議培訓(xùn)場地，由企業(yè)決定。人數(shù)，時間，課程設(shè)置，教學(xué)內(nèi)容，其他拓展，師資安排等參照學(xué)校課程情況而定。
